I understand that life can bring unexpected changes and emergencies throughout your day and that you may need to reschedule your appointment. You will always receive a confirmation text 72 hrs before your scheduled appointment, which will allow you the flexibility to reschedule at that time. Cancellations at 48 hrs will be charged 50% of your total service cost scheduled, while cancellations or no call/show at 24 hrs/day of will be charged 100% of your total service cost scheduled with me.
